My favorite two things: Seeing the photographer in the mirror and Pets. One listing I was using for Staging comps had 3x photos with the same dog in them... Like he was following the picture taker around. [intentionally did not use Photographer here as it clearly was not] The sad thing is Good Quality Photos only take a few minutes longer.
