		<description>Ha....ha...ha.... Is that the REALTOR?  Stepping outside for a smoke while the photographer takes the shots?  That would assume they hired a professional, so may be that&#039;s a stretch.

My favorite two things:  Seeing the photographer in the mirror and Pets. One listing I was using for Staging comps had 3x photos with the same dog in them... Like he was following the picture taker around. [intentionally did not use Photographer here as it clearly was not]

The sad thing is Good Quality Photos only take a few minutes longer.  And the lack of these could turn off potential buyers in a competitive time...
