Our company, Studio 12, (www.studio12austin.com) provides Staging and Virtual Tour services and photos like this make us cringe and reinforce WHY we love what we do so much! Seriously, is a home seller confident in an agent who posts a photo like that and seriously sees nothing wrong with it? Better yet, what kind of agent wants THEIR name on this poor photo and/or listing. WOW!! We are motivated to educate agents and for that matter, home sellers, on our services and WHY they are so extremely important and in the end, why they will sell more houses and make more money!
