I saw something interesting on a Canadian Blog yesterday.  In Canada at age I believe it was 62 or 65 you can choose to defer your taxes till the sale of your home not to exceed 25% of the homes value. This is also offered to the disabled.  What a great idea and this would help so many that own there homes but can no longer afford taxes and living expenses.  I hope this type of option will come to the US as well.  I see many people doing reverse mortgages so they can pay there taxes.</description>
